Objectives & Mandates

DAO Objectives:

  • Run Chainrewardz business in the most efficient way.

  • Create favorable conditions for the adoption of Chainrewardz platform by large numbers of advertisers, publishers and moderators.

  • Create favorable conditions for the DRN token price appreciation.

Mandate

  1. Management of the Chainrewardz Foundation:

  • Remuneration to persons and organizations developing new integrations for the Decentralised Rewards Network and increasing the demand for DRN.

  • Remuneration to persons and organizations that connect new stores to the Decentralised Rewards Network and thereby increase the demand for DRN.

  • Remuneration to any persons and organizations that in one way or another increase the demand for DRN and thereby increase the price of DRN.

2 Management of Decentralised Rewards Network Intellectual Property:

  • Control over the source code of the Decentralised Rewards Network.

4. Monitoring the entire Decentralised Rewards Network and strategic decision making.
